Special Event & Relocation Request


Special Event Requests are for tables, chairs, podiums, and trashcans or to make changes to an existing request. Please provide organization details, contact info, budget, and delivery/pickup times.

Requests must be made five business days in advance. Delivery and pick-up times are Monday - Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 3:45 p.m., including after-hours events. You must be physically present for delivery/pickup.
